10 easy steps to obtain your Real Estate License :

1. Contact the Wyoming Real Estate Commission at (307) 777-7141 and obtain Candidate Handbook (no cost) or download your free copy of the Candidate Handbook at www.goAMP.com or http://realestate.state.wy.us/

2. Pre-register for educational courses – contact Steve Willoughby Seminars at 1-307-234-8653

•  Pre-license Salesman course I and II, 64 hours, both courses are required
•  Pre-license Broker course I and II, 64 hours, both courses are required

3. Submit your finger prints to the Wyoming Real Estate Commission for criminal background check

• Special finger print cards are required-when you register for class.
  We will supply the cards or contact the Wyoming Real Estate Commission to obtain cards

4. Contact Applied Measurement Professional (AMP) 1-800-345-6559 or       www.goAMP.com and schedule a date and location to take the examination. YOU MUST PREREGISTER!

• Schedule your exam as close to the end of pre-license class as possible
• Have your credit card ready (Visa and MasterCard only).
• Exam fee is $140.00
• Space at the testing centers is very limited so register as soon as possible for the best date and time.

5. Salesman candidates only

• Interview brokers you would like to work with

6. Complete educational courses

7. Successfully complete examination

8. Salesman candidates only

• Select a broker that you will work with

9. Complete application for license within 60 days of passing the exam

• Provide proof of pre-license education to Wyoming Real Estate Commission
  Salesman Course I & II or Broker Course I & II

10. Pay the prescribed fees to Wyoming Real Estate Commission
